Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Telebux website and application (the "Service"), operated by the team behind Telebux ("Telebux", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Telebux is a CRM that connects to your own Telegram account so you can manage contacts, organizations, deals, tasks, a calendar, email, and campaigns alongside your conversations. Some features, such as Google (Gmail, Calendar, and Meet), the AI assistant, Notion, and Zapier, are optional and only work if you connect them.
2. Your account
You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to use the Service.
3. Your Telegram account and acceptable use
Telebux connects to your own Telegram account. You remain solely responsible for that account and for every message sent from it, whether sent manually or scheduled through Telebux. Telebux does not own or control your Telegram account and cannot control how Telegram enforces its own rules.
You agree that you will not use Telebux to:
- send unsolicited or bulk messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you;
- send spam, scams, harassment, illegal, or deceptive content;
- violate Telegram's Terms of Service or any applicable law, including anti-spam, privacy, and data-protection laws in your and your recipients' jurisdictions;
- message recipients you do not have a lawful basis or permission to contact.
You are responsible for obtaining any consent required to message your recipients.
4. No guarantee against account restrictions
Telegram, Google, and other providers may, at their sole discretion, rate-limit, restrict, suspend, or ban any account, including yours. This can happen for reasons outside Telebux's control and even when you use the Service carefully. The Service is provided "as is", and we do not warrant that your Telegram, Google, or other connected accounts will not be limited or banned. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Telebux is not liable for any suspension, restriction, ban, loss of access, or loss of data affecting your connected accounts.
5. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third parties including Telegram, Google, Anthropic, Helio, Notion, and Zapier. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any service you connect.
6. AI features
The AI assistant uses your own Anthropic API key. You are billed directly by Anthropic for your usage, with no markup from Telebux, and you are responsible for your use of AI outputs. When you run an AI action, Telebux sends only the CRM context needed for that action to Anthropic.
7. Plans, trials, and billing
- Every workspace starts with a 7-day free trial.
- The Individual plan is $39.99 per month for a single person.
- The Business plan is $29.99 per seat per month with a two-seat minimum, so it starts at $59.99 per month for two seats and adds $29.99 for each additional seat.
- You can pay monthly or annually. Annual billing includes two months free.
- Payments are processed by Helio in cryptocurrency (SOL or USDC).
- When your trial ends, you will need an active paid plan to continue using paid features.
- You can stop using the Service at any time. Because payments are made in cryptocurrency, please contact us with any billing questions.
8. Your content and data
You keep ownership of the data you put into Telebux. You grant us the limited permission needed to host and process that data in order to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you add.
9. Intellectual property
Telebux, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by its creators. These Terms do not grant you any right to our intellectual property except the right to use the Service as intended.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. To protect our users and our platform, we may limit, suspend, or terminate access to accounts that we reasonably believe are engaged in spam, abuse, or a breach of these Terms, with or without notice.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Telebux will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or accounts. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Telebux and the people who operate it from any claims, damages, losses, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your messages, or your breach of these Terms or of a third party's terms.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top, and we may notify you of significant changes by email or an in-app notice. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms removes any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection laws in your country.
