Customize and scale
Shape the CRM around how you sell, add teammates, and measure what is working.
Custom properties and how to set them
No two businesses track exactly the same things, so Telebux lets you add your own fields to contacts, deals, organizations, and tasks. Choose the type that fits the data: text, number, date, select, multi-select, URL, or a checkbox for yes and no values.
Properties are scoped to the current workspace and to a specific record type, and you control which ones show on detail pages, so each workspace stays as simple or as detailed as it needs to be.
- 1 Open custom properties. In Settings, go to the page of the entity you want to set custom properties for (Organizations, Deals, Tasks or Contacts).
- 2 Add a field. Name the property and choose its type.
- 3 Set visibility. Decide whether it appears on the record's detail page.
Analytics and reporting
The analytics dashboard turns your pipeline into a picture you can act on. See lead funnels, pipeline value by stage, conversion rates, priority breakdowns, and task completion at a glance, so you know which stage is leaking and where to focus.
Response-time analytics show how quickly you reply, with your overall average, your fastest and slowest replies, and a breakdown per conversation. Since a slow reply is often the reason a warm lead goes cold, it is one of the most direct measures of sales hygiene you can watch.
- 1 Open Analytics. Go to the dashboard to see funnel, pipeline, and task metrics for the workspace.
- 2 Check response times. Open the response time view to see your overall, fastest, slowest, and per-conversation times and spot where replies are slipping.
